Entry registrations for the upcoming Asian Masters Sports Championships 2027 organized by the World Masters Sports Federation are open now. Register today! Please note that a late entry fee of INR 3000 per head applies. All entries must be submitted online by the respective Country Secretaries. For countries that are not yet members or are currently in the process of joining the World Masters Sports, individual participants including Masters, Veterans, and Senior Citizens are encouraged to submit their entries directly to the World Masters Sports Federation via our official Contact Us Page email link. Be sure to include your Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, and Events Interested, and an entry fee payment link will be sent to you via email.
We are also pleased to inform you that registrations are open for Able and Differently Able Sports Persons.
Para Sports Persons should use the same entry forms to submit their applications. Please mention your Para Sports Category at the top of the Application. Completed entry forms, along with the entry fee, should be sent to your Country Secretary.
Team Entries from Non-Member Countries: Athletes from non-member countries who are interested in participating in team sports such as Track & Field, Yoga, Swimming, and Fashion Sport are encouraged to reach out to the AMSC 2027 Organising Committee via email. We will assist in forming or joining suitable teams to promote inclusive participation in events governed by the World Masters Sports Federation. Men and women aged 30 years and above are eligible to compete in the Masters Championships organized by the World Masters Sports Federation, regardless of whether they are social, amateur, or professional athletes. Participants will compete in age-specific categories starting from U35 (30+ years), U40 (35+ years), U45 (40+ years), U50 (45+ years), continuing in five-year increments up to the U110 category, aligning with the standards set by World Masters Athletics and World Masters Sports.
Minimum Participation Criteria:
In all individual events under the World Masters Sports Federation, a minimum of three (3) participants is required in each age group for the event to be conducted separately. If the number of participants in any age group is fewer than three (3), that event will be merged with the next lower age group to ensure fair competition and uphold the integrity of Sports for Health.
All participating athletes in the Asian Masters Sports Championships organized by the World Masters Sports Federation must ensure they are physically fit to compete in their chosen sport. While submission of a medical certificate is not required, athletes are strongly advised to undergo a medical examination and participate only if they have no health conditions that may pose a risk during competition. Each athlete is responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate safely, especially as the event aligns with the broader initiative of Sports for Health and the principles of World Masters Athletics and World Masters Sports.
Last Date for Entries is 15th September 2027, as part of the Asian Masters Sports Championships organized by the World Masters Sports Federation. The final competition schedule, including event start times and venue details, will be published on 5th January 2027. Participants are advised to regularly check the official WMSF website and communication channels for updates related to Sports for Health initiatives. All athletes should be prepared for potential adjustments based on the final number of entries and logistical considerations in line with World Masters Athletics standards and the ethos of World Masters Sports.
Swimming, Track & Field, Badminton, Yoga Sport, and Para Sports are all integral parts of the Masters Championships organized by the World Masters Sports Federation. These activities promote 'Sports for Health', emphasizing the importance of physical fitness at every age. Athletes participate in these events not only locally but also aim for global recognition through competitions like the World Masters Athletics and World Masters Sports, including exciting events such as Para Pickleball.
Regular Entry Fee is USD 156 per head (INR 11500) on or before 20th October 2026 for the Masters Championships organized by the Masters Athletics Federation of India. Participants must arrange their own accommodation, food, insurance, and flights.
For those looking to take advantage of the Early Bird Entry Fee of $125 per person (INR 12000), entries must be received on or before 30th August 2026. (No refunds and no cancellations apply.)

The AMSC 2027 Organizing Committee, in collaboration with the All India Masters Sports Federation will provide essential support to participating athletes, volunteering officials, and team managers in securing suitable accommodation near the competition venues for the Masters Championships. While accommodation costs will be the responsibility of individuals, the committee will offer assistance through recommended hotel partners, special event rates, and local coordination teams, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for all. Detailed information, including booking links, will be made available on the official event webpage, promoting the Sports for Health initiative and enhancing the experience of all involved in World Masters Athletics and World Masters Sports.
All registrations for the Masters Championships conducted by the World Masters Sports Federation are final. No cancellations, transfers, changes, or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances. However, corrections related to spelling errors (such as name or country) may be made by sending an official request via email to the WMSF Secretariat before the final schedule for the Sports for Health event is published. Volunteer Officials are encouraged to apply for the World Masters Sports Championships 2026, which is organized under the auspices of the Masters Athletics Federation of India. The following sports are open for volunteering:

The entry fee for Volunteer Officials and accompanying persons is $157 per person. A separate entry form must be completed for each volunteer and accompanying individual.
