Evolving from ATTF to WMSF, our mission expanded to embrace not only traditional sports but also holistic and inclusive activities that nurture both body and mind. Disciplines such as Dance Sport, Yoga Sports, and Rummy Sport play a vital role in our movement promoting mental wellness, emotional balance, and social connection. These activities are key in fostering longevity, enhancing cognitive health, and enriching the lives of older adults, proving that age is no barrier to vitality, joy, and meaningful engagement through sport and recreation.
