 The World Masters Sports Federation (WMSF)  promotes Masters Sports and Recreational Activities in Asia, Africa, America, Europe and Oceania. It is responsible for controlling and conducting the  World Masters Sports Championships and Regional Masters Sports Championships which are organised by itself and its Partners - Associates.  

  The World Masters Sports Federation (WMSF) is"Promoting Life" by encouraging active, healthy lifestyles through sports and recreational activities for people of all ages, especially older adults. By fostering global participation in master-level sports, WMSF emphasizes the importance of physical fitness, mental well-being, and social connection. 

  "Masters" shall include all individuals who, are 30 Years of age and above to below 110 years of age who have mastered or in the process of mastering a sport or recreational activity recognized by the Federation.  

 Within the Federation, Veterans are recognized for their past experience / service and ongoing commitment to sports participation, personal fitness, skill preservation, and healthy aging through sport and recreational activities.  

 “Senior Citizens” are individuals aged 60 years and above who are active in sports and recreational activities, and continue to participate in physical training, sports competitions with the objective of maintaining their well-being.  

 Our ambassadors are actively promoting Yoga Sport, Dance Sport, Para Pickleball, Swimming among Masters, Veterans, and Senior Citizens, encouraging them to engage in this disciplined and enriching practice as a form of healthy competition and self-improvement. Through age-appropriate training, demonstrations, and inclusive events, they highlight the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of Yoga Sport. This initiative not only fosters fitness and flexibility but also builds confidence and community spirit, empowering seniors to stay active, focused, and connected through the dynamic world of Yoga as a sport. 

  Our ambassadors are passionately promoting Dance Sport, Track & Field, Football among Masters, Veterans, and Senior Citizens, creating vibrant opportunities for seniors to stay active, expressive, and socially engaged. Through free, age-appropriate training sessions and community events, they introduce participants to the structured and artistic world of Dance Sport. This enhances physical fitness, coordination, and mental sharpness but also fosters joy, confidence, and a sense of belonging. By making Dance Sport accessible and inclusive, our ambassadors are empowering senior communities to thrive through movement and rhythm.
