ASIAN MASTERS SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2027

Entry registrations for the upcoming Asian Masters Sports Championships is open. Register Today. Late Entries Fee INR 3000 Per Head. All entries must be submitted online by the respective Country Secretaries. In countries that are not yet members or in the process of joining the WMSF, individual participants Masters, Veterans, and Senior Citizens are invited to submit their entries directly to the WMSF via our official Contact us Page email link mentioning their Full Name, Email Id, Mobile Number and Events Interested. An entry fees payment link will be sent to you via email.

Registrations Open for the Able and Differently Able Sports Persons.

Para Sports Persons should send their entries using the same entry forms. Mention your Para Sports Category on the top of the Application. Send your completed entry form to your Country Secretary along with your entry fee.

Team Entries from Non-Member Countries:
Athletes from non-member countries who wish to participate in team sports such as Track & Field,Yoga, Swimming and Kabaddi are encouraged to contact the AMSC 2027 Organising Committee via email. We will provide assistance in forming or joining appropriate teams to ensure inclusive participation. Men and women aged 30 years and above are eligible to compete, regardless of whether they are social, amateur, or professional athletes. Participants will compete in age-specific categories starting from U35 (30+ years), U40 (35+ years), U45 (40+ years), U50 (45+ years) continuing in five-year increments up to the U110 category. 

Minimum Participation Criteria:
In all individual events, a minimum of three (3) participants is required in each age group for the event to be conducted separately.
If the number of participants in any age group is less than three (3), that event will be merged with the next lower age group to ensure fair competition and maintain event integrity. 

 All participating athletes must ensure they are physically fit to compete in their chosen sport. While submission of a medical certificate is not required, athletes are strongly advised to undergo a medical examination and participate only if they have no health conditions that may pose a risk during competition. Each athlete is responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate safely. 

Last Date for Entries 15th September 2026. The final competition schedule, including event start times and venue details, will be published on 5th January 2027. Participants are advised to regularly check the official WMSF website and communication channels for updates. All athletes should be prepared for potential adjustments based on the final number of entries and logistical considerations.

The AMSC 2027 Organizing Committee will provide support to participating athletes, volunteering officials, and team managers in securing suitable accommodation near the competition venues. While accommodation costs are to be borne by the individuals, assistance will be offered through recommended hotel partners, special event rates, and local coordination teams to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Detailed information and booking links will be made available on the official event webpage. 

All registrations are final. No cancellations, changes, or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances. However, corrections related to spelling errors (such as name or country) may be made by sending an official request via email to the WMSF Secretariat before the final schedule is published. Entry Fee for Volunteering Officials and accompaning Person is 10,000 per person. Seperate Entry Form must be filled up for Volunteers and  Accompaning Persons.

All expenses including flights, visas, hotel, food and insurance must be paid by the Volunteering Official or accompaning person.
